• Optimize client and provider scheduling to boost service delivery.

• Guide families through their Cortica journey and care pathways.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate care plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years scheduling experience in ABA or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site and manage scheduling workflows.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (Axon, Smart Scheduling, Salesforce).
• Customer-service oriented with wait times optimization.
