🎯 Requirements

Strong individual-contributor credentials at a senior/staff/principal level
Deep experience owning a domain end-to-end (e.g., recommendation systems, marketplaces, adtech
Comfort with ambiguity and a flat structure
A track record of connecting technical work directly to business outcomes
