📋 Description

• Maintain real-time log of equipment delivered by OEMs.
• Perform weekly audits against system records.
• Resolve delivery issues, shortages, damaged shipments.
• Protect project schedule and asset value by controlling site crossovers.
• Coordinate with vendors and freight carriers to ensure on-time arrival.
• Ensure proper storage in compliance with warranty/vendor specs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in site logistics, materials management, warehousing, or construction supply chain.
• Experience with receiving, cycle counts, reconciliations, and yard inventory.
• Knowledge of OEM equipment handling and storage impact on warranty.
• Proficient in ERP/inventory systems; strong documentation (BOLs, packing lists).
• Direct communication and issue-resolution with carriers/vendors.
• Outdoor work on active construction sites; forklift/telehandler cert a plus.
