Site Management Lead - (Clinical Research)

📋 Description

• Lead and provide operational expertise for Clinical Site Management (CSM) across assigned studies.
• Influence Clinical Development Operations and align with Site Management leaders and key
• Drive study-level CSM deliverables to timelines with allocated resources.
• Manage site selection, activation, engagement, protocol adherence, and close-out activities.
• Oversee monitoring activities to ensure quality, tracking, and milestone adherence.
• Ensure TMF completeness and inspection readiness for CSM artifacts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; 5+ years in clinical research with global study exposure.
• Experience in monitoring or project management in studies (Phase II/III, multi-therapy background
• Strong communication, leadership, and ability to influence in a matrix environment.
• Proficient in SOPs, ICH, Global Regulations, Ethics & Compliance.
• Excellent English writing and speaking; strong planning and organizational skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote.
