Site Management Lead - (Clinical Research)

📋 Description

• Lead CSM strategy and site execution in assigned studies or regions.
• Influence Clinical Development Ops and key stakeholders to achieve on-time CSM deliverables.
• Drive site selection, activation, engagement, protocol adherence, and close-out.
• Oversee monitoring activities with QA, track status, and accelerate milestones as needed.
• Manage CSM data milestones, data snapshots, and TMF completeness for CSM artifacts.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks; contribute to RAMP and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a medical/scientific field; 5+ years in clinical research; global study
• Strong communication, leadership, and ability to influence in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency with SOPs, ICH, global regulations, and ethics/compliance.
• Excellent planning/organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Presentation skills; ability to work in a matrix team and autonomously.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote.
