📋 Description

• Lead facility operations for the New Haven site, including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and
• Drive improvements to KPIs: Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate
• Manage financial performance: achieve budgeted productivity and labor expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Gopuff policies, procedures, and regulations; analyze reports for risk and
• Develop action plans to improve performance; guide Company programs and lead the management team.
• Train site leadership on controlling expenses and labor to match budget and sales volume.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a fast-paced environment overseeing a workforce.
• Retail/grocery/military/restaurant or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; conflict resolution and team development skills.
• Ability to lead in a changing environment; data-driven process improvement experience.
• Comfort with variable schedules (5pm-3am) and weekend/holiday support; ability to lift up to 49
