📋 Description

  • Plans, directs, and oversees facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
  • Drive KPI improvements: Order Picking Time, Dwell Time, Drive Time, Defect Rate, Cost Per Order.
  • Train and coach associates to work safely while following standard work and processes.
  • Manage financial performance: productivity, labor, and expenses.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a fast-paced environment leading blended W2/1099 teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.

  • Conflict resolution and team development skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite.
