Lead facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems
Drive improvements to KPIs: Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate
Train and coach associates to work safely while following standard work
Manage budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses to meet financial targets
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse
Develop action plans to improve performance, safety, culture, and financial outcomes

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in fast-paced environment leading blended W2/1099 teams
Experience in retail/grocery/military/restaurant or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Strong written and verbal communication
Conflict resolution and team development skills
Proficiency with computers, email, and Google Suite
