  • Plans and directs all facility operations: deliveries, inventory, equipment, systems.

  • Train and coach staff to work safely and follow standard processes.
  • Drive financial performance by meeting productivity, labor, and expense budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations; analyze reports.
  • Create and implement plans to improve safety, culture and financial performance.

  • 3+ years of experience with fast-paced environment and leading a blended W2/1099 workforce.
  • Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills with conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite.
