Site Payment Specialist – Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Provide operational support for payment system configuration in clinical trials.
• Collaborate with Investigator Payments Leads and stakeholders to define payment requirements.
• Review contracts, budgets, amendments to extract payment details and config needs.
• Configure payment information in systems with sites, line items, limits, caps, and requirements.
• Identify whether to use automated data-driven processes or manual configurations.
• Escalate unclear payment information and obtain timely clarification.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical operations, payments, contracts, finance, or project support.
• Education in business, technical, or life sciences is preferred.
• Basic understanding of clinical trials and related processes.
• Ability to understand and work with legal, medical, and scientific terminology.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
