📋 Description

Develop, implement, and improve site process safety systems
Lead safe process design reviews for new products/processes
Chair and document HAZOPs, LOPA, and risk assessments
Perform Pre-Startup Safety Reviews for new/modified facilities
Ensure compliance with COMAH, ATEX, IEC 61508/61511, and PSM
Engage MOC and control changes affecting safety and environment

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Chemical/Process/Mechanical Eng or related field
Minimum 5 years in process safety and EHS leadership
Strong knowledge of HAZOP, LOPA, ATEX, COMAH, IEC 61508/61511
Experience with construction/capital projects in regulated environments
Ability to review method statements, risk assessments, and permits-to-work
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
