Collaborate with development to improve services via testing and release
Monitor production availability and system health
Trigger meaningful alerts, not outages
Triaged issues and identified owners for resolution
Lead incident response to restore service availability

🎯 Requirements

Excellent English; 1+ years as SRE
Global/remote collaboration across teams
Cloud aware; explain cloud differences to others
Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, HA principles
Experience supporting complex, large-scale production systems
Linux troubleshooting and networking skills
