Define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets with Business Units.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in production support and building scalable observability platforms.
3+ years AWS hands-on experience.
3+ years with Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog; dashboarding with logs, metrics, traces.
Experience with data engineering concepts; AWS-based projects.
