📋 Description

  • Operate and scale GoDaddy cloud infrastructure and hosting platform
  • Drive OpenStack-based hosting compute, networking, and storage services
  • Automate toil, improve observability, and reduce toil through tooling
  • Migration planning and execution for OpenStack workloads
  • On-call and incident response with blameless post-incident reviews
  • Mentor engineers and raise the engineering bar across teams

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in SRE, infrastructure, or systems engineering at scale
  • Strong Linux fundamentals: networking, storage, performance
  • Proficiency in Python for automation
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code and Puppet/Ansible
  • OpenStack-based platform experience (Nova/Neutron/Ceph) and migration tooling
  • Experience with Docker/Kolla/containerized infra
