Site Reliability Engineer III

📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of reliability solutions for mission-critical systems.
• Oversee incident response and root cause analysis for high-impact production issues.
• Develop monitoring and observability frameworks to preempt issues across services.
• Drive automation to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams on reliability best practices.
• Influence technical strategy and contribute to area-level direction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years supporting production apps in high-availability environments.
• UNIX/Linux admin, troubleshooting, and network configuration expertise.
• Hands-on scripting (bash, Python) and automation tooling experience.
• Container orchestration (AKS), IaC (Terraform, Puppet), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket).
• Proven project leadership and mentoring experience; strong written/verbal communication.
