📋 Description

• Be part of a product squad focused on reliability and observability.
• Own metrics, dashboards, alerts for critical journeys.
• Maintain SLIs/SLOs and improve monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Act as first responder for P0/P1 incidents, including out-of-hours.
• Investigate production signals and mitigate issues independently.

🎯 Requirements

• Backend/Software Engineer with senior-level Node.js and TypeScript experience.
• Experience in SRE/Production Engineering or similar reliability-focused role.
• Strong AWS production experience.
• Observability skills across metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Incident response, triage, mitigation, and postmortems.
• Ability to interpret signals and work autonomously within a distributed team.
