Site Security Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related issues at AbbVie’s Barceloneta
• Ensure compliance with AbbVie Global Security standards and policies
• Oversee security program to safeguard employees, assets, information, and products
• Coordinate with departments and agencies for risk preparation and response (emergencies, chemical
• Lead site security initiatives with leadership, crisis teams, vendors, and contractors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required
• Master’s Degree and CPP/PSP certification strongly preferred
• 10+ years progressive experience in corporate security or related field
• 5+ years leadership experience in security; pharma experience preferred
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
• Knowledge of security systems, physical security, crisis management; SOPs experience preferred
