📋 Description

• Provide exceptional client experiences through consultative sales at branch locations.
• Grow a lending and client relationships pipeline with C&I banking products.
• Conduct outbound calls, networking, and banking presentations for referrals.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing ones per policies and regulations.
• Support branch lending activities with loan documentation and funding.
• Balance cash drawers and process routine transactions accurately.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 4+ years in banking, client relations, or related sales (Required).
• Advanced knowledge of retail banking products, systems, and procedures.
• Strong sales, cross-selling, networking, and referral management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and related tools.
