📋 Description

• Lead client sales/service experience at branch locations.
• Grow lending pipeline via relationship-building and referrals.
• Consult with clients on bank products to expand relationships.
• Proactively educate clients, resolve issues, and solicit feedback.
• Open new accounts and assist with banking transactions and inquiries.
• Support branch lending processes and loan applications.

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma required; equivalent combo of education/experience considered.
• NMLS Registration required.
• 4+ years of banker/client relationship or related sales experience.
• Advanced knowledge of retail products/services; ability to analyze client data.
• Strong sales, cross-selling, and referral skills; excellent communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and related tools.
