📋 Description

• Role focused on inside sales for small businesses (20 employees or less)
• Drive outbound activity to build pipeline and hit quotas
• Deliver AI-powered experiences across Nextiva’s platform
• Lead discovery to align solutions with customer outcomes
• Deliver tailored product demos and maintain Salesforce records
• Collaborate with in-office team to accelerate deals

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years inside sales in fast-paced environment
• Experience with UCaaS/CCaaS or SaaS/PaaS solutions (preferred)
• Salesforce CRM proficiency with meticulous pipeline management
• Consultative selling and discovery skills
• Ability to create urgency and move deals to close
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance prep and pitch
