Scale deployments from 80-100 new units across offices, factories, and real estate
Build scalable, repeatable launch infrastructure while still flying on-site when needed

🎯 Requirements

6-10 years in operations, field services, retail expansion, or consumer-facing launch functions
Hands-on, comfortable doing work, not just directing others
Proven track record managing concurrent hardware/physical infrastructure rollouts
Experience scaling operational functions into repeatable engines; strong financial fluency
Bias toward action in ambiguous environments; cross-functional alignment without formal authority
Willingness to travel for launches, market builds, and field audits
