• Create posts, Reels, stories, and scripts with PR and design
• Track performance, analyze audience reactions, and optimize continuously
• Spot trends early and adapt them to our brand for viral content
• Collaborate with the comms team to find insights and stories worth sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in SMM or content creation
• Strong writing skills — simple, engaging, and structured
• English at least Intermediate+
• Understanding of SMM tools, content formats, and metrics
• Curiosity for trends and testing new ideas
