Snr. Commissions Analyst (Remote)

📋 Description

• Calculate monthly accrued commissions and commissions paid within month end close deadlines
• Update the organization’s commission system with employee changes and commission plan changes on an
• Develop and test new commission plans in the organization’s commission system
• Work with our commission system’s personnel to troubleshoot issues
• Ensure accurate responses to inquiries or concerns related to commission and incentives are
• Review commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Accounting or related field
• A minimum of 2 years commission/payroll experience (or combination payroll and HR)
• SQL training and some familiarity with general Database functions a plus
• Experience with Xactly Incent Commission System preferred
• Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
• Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel, including pivot tables)
