• Join MoonPay's Security Operations Center as a SOC Analyst on a 24x7 rotation, protecting the
• Monitor real-time alerts, investigate incidents, and support infrastructure operations in a
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to maintain effective security and incident-response
• Contribute to runbooks and knowledge base improvements to boost team efficiency.
• Monitor external attack surface for brand impersonation and fraudulent activity.
• Engage in incident-response exercises and ongoing security monitoring as part of daily duties.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a Security Operations Center, security monitoring, or incident-response role.
• Experience investigating data-exfiltration indicators, unusual file transfers, and unauthorized
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts: networks, endpoints (macOS), and identity
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK, incident-command models, and ticketing systems (Jira, Linear or
• Strong documentation discipline; ability to write clear incident summaries and shift notes.
• Proactive problem-solver with good judgment on when to escalate versus investigate.
