🎯 Requirements

Magnetic on camera; able to film, edit, write, and post yourself
Proven track record driving sign-ups/conversions via organic content
Deep platform fluency: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, X, Discord, Reddit
Strong data instinct; able to read performance and act on it
Comfortable with AI content tools
B2C social experience, ideally in gaming or ad tech
