📋 Description

• Design and produce social creative across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Create motion assets and campaigns; build templates and design systems.
• Elevate Nex's social visual identity with platform-native design.
• Collaborate with Social Lead, creator and agency partners from storyboard to delivery.
• Stay current on social design trends and mobile-first best practices.
• Balance quick-turn requests with larger campaign deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in social graphic design and motion design (consumer, gaming, or entertainment brands
• Strong portfolio of social-first work across major platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Experience building/editing templates and scalable creative systems.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first, platform-specific design.
