🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts and content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
• Experience repurposing long-form video into short-form content (Reels/Shorts/TikToks)
• Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Audible)
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and content trends
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
