• Own the operational and production layer of organic content
• Manage content calendar across all social platforms and community channels
• Delegate briefs to video editors and oversee day-to-day ideation and production
• Maintain blog consistency, design, and posting cadence
• Record primary content for day-to-day organic content
• Engage with Facebook Group and community conversations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in content, social media, or related field
• Comfort on camera and ability to speak on/off script
• Calm, credible communication style; no hype
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows; strong independent copywriting
• Basic video editing and graphic design on Adobe Creative Suite, Veed, CapCut
• Basic camera, lighting, and sound knowledge
