📋 Description

• Run the NA influencer & creator program end to end
• Keep it trackable with affiliate links, promo codes, and a scoring model
• Direct organic social across TikTok, Instagram & YouTube
• Build AI-native tooling to guide production
• Lead a small team and own the calendar and budget
• Own measurement: views, orders, and cost-per-view for influencers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in social & influencer marketing; 2+ years owning a creator program
• Negotiated rates, contracts; defended spend with data
• Experience with affiliate tracking (CJ, Impact, Rakuten, or similar)
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube; Gen Z audience focus
• Fluent with AI production tools (Veo, Sora, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs)
• Ability to pull reports and tell next steps
