🎯 Requirements

5–7 years of social-first experience in B2B tech, fintech, or SaaS.
Proven ability to build platform-specific strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit.
Strong writing/editing with distinct brand voice on social.
Experience with employee amplification or internal social toolkits.
Data-driven mindset; track, conclude, iterate.
AI fluency; build workflows that create leverage.
