4+ years in social media operations, marketing operations, or creative project management
Experience building/managing content calendars at scale across multiple platforms
Experience configuring publishing/project tools (Notion, Jira, Sprout Social, Google Workspace
Working knowledge of FTC content policies and platform compliance requirements
Comfort using AI tools to accelerate operational work
Strong written communication and high tolerance for ambiguity
