Social Outreach Associate (Contract)

📋 Description

• Remote role within the United States; support endorser outreach for Change.vote and Change.org
• Run daily outreach using pre-sourced leads and pre-drafted messages; personalize where it counts
• Convert conversations into published endorsements on Change.vote across CA and FL races
• Maintain records of outreach interactions to improve messaging and measurement
• Identify potential paid partnership prospects and coordinate with the marketing team
• Complete onboarding and sustain daily volume through Election Day

🎯 Requirements

• Warm, natural written communication in a casual social voice (DMs)
• Reliable with consistent daily outreach and follow-through
• Empathy and strong people instincts; move conversations forward
• Organizational discipline to log outreach and responses accurately
• Nonpartisan judgment; comfortable engaging across political spectrum
• AI experience; comfortable with AI-drafted scripts and AI-assisted tools
