Software Architect (AI)

📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of an Agentic SDLC model.
• Work with squads to integrate AI agents into the software lifecycle.
• Define reference architecture and roadmap for AI adoption.
• Build prototypes, accelerators, and reusable components.
• Mentor technical teams and track adoption and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-scale digital products.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience guiding technical decisions across multiple teams.
• Hands-on IA tools in the development cycle (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, Amazon
• Practical experience with AI generative tech, LLMs, prompting and AI agents.
• Backend development experience in Python, Java, TypeScript or equivalents.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, application security, and DevOps.
