Mentor senior engineers on architecture and engineering practices.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of backend development experience.
Strong PHP and Symfony experience.
Proven experience as Software Architect with architecture ownership.
FinTech/Payments/Open Banking experience.
Deep knowledge of OOP, SOLID, design patterns, and DDD.
Experience with microservices, event-driven patterns (CQRS/ES), service communication.
