Software Chief of Staff

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional partnerships to drive the Software Organization’s priorities.
• Manage onboarding, training programs, and KPI alignment within software teams.
• Ensure consistent processes and a unified operating model with partner organizations.
• Advise on engaging with public/private partners and communications/negotiation strategy.
• Act as proxy for VP of Software to enable long-term strategy and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years exp; 5+ years in program management, business ops, or strategic roles.
• Excellent project management with ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, data-driven decision-making.
• Strategic thinker; connect long-term vision to tactical execution; identify risks/opportunities.
• Outstanding communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
