📋 Description

• Define and execute design, development, and maintenance of test automation tools/frameworks.
• Improve test stability and performance; build AI-assisted tooling to boost testing efficiency.
• Coach quality engineers to become automation experts; maintain high automation standards.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure reliability and data correctness across features and environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in software with passion for quality, automation, and engineering excellence.
• Strong OOP and Java expertise.
• Experience designing scalable automation frameworks and identifying edge-case scenarios.
• Know-how on distributed systems risks (schema drift, idempotency, data inconsistencies).
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, Buildkite) and backend automation.
