Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a Performance Focus

📋 Description

• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional automation, load, stress
• Establish and maintain performance baselines; analyze results for trends and regressions.
• Collect and interpret performance metrics (CPU, memory, throughput, response time, latency, error
• Identify bottlenecks and root causes via profiling and diagnostics.
• Partner with DevOps and Engineering to define realistic environments and datasets.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web, API, and backend

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in software testing with automation and performance testing experience.
• Hands-on with k6 as a primary performance tool.
• Hands-on with Playwright for test automation (Cypress or Selenium also considered).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript (or JavaScript).
• QA methodologies, test processes, and best practices; experience testing APIs (Postman
• Experience with CI/CD tools and repository management (Bitbucket, Jenkins, or similar).
