Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain web apps, APIs, and backend services for Loop.
• Plan tasks with clear intent and use AI agents as a starting point.
• Review AI-generated code with the same rigor as hand-written code.
• Include meaningful tests and uphold CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Own outcomes, flag risks early, and iterate.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years building web apps, backends, or APIs.
• Own what ships, regardless of how it was generated.
• Plan tasks, prompt agents, evaluate output, and decide review time.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Experience with PHP/Laravel, AWS Serverless, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience with agile, CI/CD, and well-tested software.
