Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features for a UX research platform
• Collaborate with Product and Design to define what to build
• Leverage design system for UX decisions and loop in Design when needed
• Build web app flows, dashboards, and in-product controls for AI-driven features
• Integrate LLM-based features and agent outputs into product flows
• Engage with users to learn and iterate based on real usage

🎯 Requirements

• 2-7 years of software engineering experience shipping full-stack features
• Comfort across frontend and backend and willingness to ship with pragmatic specs
• Track record of turning vague problems into shipped solutions
• Genuine empathy for users and strong product judgment
• Experience with LLM-based systems and designing around non-deterministic behavior
• Ability to use the design system for independent UX decisions
