🎯 Requirements

5+ years writing production code
Experience with Ruby, C#, Java, or Python; Ruby/Rails preferred
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals; React
Full-stack experience across backend, APIs, data modeling, frontend
Deep experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch in production
Experience building search, ranking, or matching systems
