Own design and landing of features that make Roblox more secure and accessible for all users.
Collaborate cross-organizationally with Growth, Discovery and Roblox Safety teams.
Help define goals and influence product direction.
Influence early user experience and baseline security expectations.
Instrument and analyze user interaction data (A/B tests, usage metrics).
End-to-end implementation across the stack in Rust, C++, and Lua as needed.

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering/CS.
Experience working on user-facing applications or services.
Proficiency in Rust, C#, and Javascript.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product stakeholders.
Strong commitment to safety, data integrity, and safety policy compliance.
