Software Engineer, Ads Integrity

📋 Description

• Design real-time/offline systems to detect harmful ads and advertisers.
• Develop scalable risk-signal pipelines and model-serving infra.
• Build advertiser-verification, account-risk, abuse-prevention capabilities.
• Create review tools for fast, consistent, explainable decisions.
• Design labeling, feedback loops, and integrity metrics to reduce false positives.
• Partner with Ads Delivery/Ads ML to add checks with minimal latency.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Understand adversarial systems; built detection/enforcement capabilities.
• Combine rules, heuristics, ML signals, and human reviews in prod.
• Reason about precision/recall, false positives, explainability.
• Built low-latency, high-throughput services with privacy and security.
• Comfortable partnering with policy/legal/safety/product/ML teams.
