🎯 Requirements

2+ years backend software engineering serving millions of users.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or TypeScript; comfortable learning new languages.
Practical understanding of AI workflows — ingestion, preprocessing, inference, orchestration.
Experience with large-scale APIs and distributed storage or data systems.
Production-quality coding: testing, documentation, security, and performance.
Strong written communication; explain technical decisions to engineers and non-engineers.
