Software Engineer - AI Developer Productivity

📋 Description

• Own the internal AI developer platform end to end — architecture, build, rollout, operation
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and build the
• Build frameworks for engineers to create their own agents without deep LLM expertise.
• Establish evaluation practices for AI-assisted development and drive investment decisions.
• Drive adoption through developer experience: defaults, docs, and low friction—not mandates.
• Collaborate with teams to generalize AI-enabled wins into platform capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 4+ years of relevant industry experience building and enabling AI native SDLC
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go, building tools engineers depend on daily
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks — tool calling, MCP, context management
• Deep fluency with AI coding tools and opinions about their limitations
• Platform mindset: self-service, treat engineers as customers, ship good defaults
• Developer tooling, CI/CD, and Kubernetes/Docker fundamentals
