Software Engineer - AI Native (Full Stack)

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain the platform powering mortgages in the US.
• Build features end-to-end across the stack: UI to back-end services.
• Work with AI coding agents throughout the development lifecycle.
• Review, test, and harden AI-generated code for production quality.
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into
• Contribute to scalable, robust applications with focus on deployment and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or related field, 1–3 years of production software experience.
• Proficient with full-stack languages (Node.js, TypeScript, or Golang) and frontend tech (HTML, CSS
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Strong familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
• Excellent communicator; able to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
