📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate the shared agent harness and backend infra.
• Build reusable capabilities across search, context, memory, tools, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Establish production foundations: secure execution, identity, observability, reliability.
• Partner with research/Codex teams to translate model progress into useful capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience in backend/infrastructure roles.
• Strong backend fundamentals and a track record leading complex systems to production.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, or similar.
• Strong systems design and operational judgment across distributed systems and APIs.
• Infrastructure depth paired with product judgment to create durable primitives.
• Strong developer empathy and communication with users, research teams, and product engineers.
