📋 Description

• Partner closely with frontier AI labs to understand data needs
• Build and operate scalable data pipelines for post-training workflows
• Design scalable systems for synthetic data generation and data quality
• Prototype new data types, benchmarks, evaluation frameworks
• Lead technical discussions with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend engineering fundamentals in Python, Go, Rust
• Experience with model training and inference
• Statistical analysis and experimental design knowledge
• Familiarity with evaluation methods for large language models
• Comfort shipping iteratively through ambiguity
