📋 Description

• Build closed-loop evaluation for AI work and autonomy expansion.
• Develop agent platform for safe, auditable autonomous agents.
• Advance autoresearch infra for unattended experiments.
• Improve tooling across the engineering lifecycle (CI, review, debug).
• Collaborate with leadership and CEO with autonomous decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years software engineering (or 2+ with MS)
• Deep taste in LLM research
• In-depth inference knowledge: KV-cache, batching, etc.
• Built operating LLM agent systems in prod
• Strong backend and distributed systems
• Strong Python skills
