Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design scalable backend services for Retention and CRM powering Trips and messaging.
• Develop backend services for bulk and transactional messaging at scale; ensure reliability.
• Build backend features for user retention: Trips, price alerts, engagement.
• Architect integrations with third-party APIs and marketing platforms.
• Lead end-to-end design of complex features: scoping, architecture, deployment, monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and global engineers to translate requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Java skills; own backend features end-to-end.
• APIs and SQL; RESTful APIs and MySQL or similar.
• 5+ years building production-grade backend systems.
• Lead design and delivery of complex solutions through deployment.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and distributed teams.
• CS degree or related field, or equivalent experience; JavaScript/React a plus.
