• Build distributed backend and execution infra for AI agents at scale
• Develop scalable systems for large-scale unstructured data workflows
• Own systems from design through production with reliability and security focus
• Work on agent runtimes coordinating model calls and tool execution
• Improve observability, testing, and performance across platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production backend systems; strong leadership experience
• Distributed systems fundamentals, APIs, data modeling, fault handling
• Experience with agentic execution, workflow orchestration, or high-volume services
• Backend proficiency: Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, Rust, or C++
• Experience with queues, databases, caching, containers, cloud infra, observability
• Experience with ML/LLM-based systems, tool calls, and agent workflows
